2024 Goals
As we draw down to the end of the year, we normally find ourselves in the make goals or resolutions camp ready to start January on a roll. However, whilst yes I will be making goals for myself and my business, I want to take a step back and reflect on 2023 before making any goals. Time flies when we get busy, and we often forget pain points over the year as we jump from project to project. So my plan is to delve into those pain points and see how I managed to resolve them or if I need to do more work. I don’t want to stop anyone dreaming big, but I do want to avoid disappointment.
Which ever method you take for reflecting on 2023 and making goals for 2024 give yourself a break and don’t be too hard on yourself as goals or resolutions are more likely to break. You managed to survive 2023, but let’s make 2024 even better!
I hope you have a lovely Christmas and enjoy some time off as we need to recharge our batteries. I look forward to seeing you in 2024 and if we haven’t already, lets have a virtual coffee!
All the best
Rachel
